Wayne is committed to improving retirement outcomes for as many people as possible. This commitment has found a greater purpose in work focused on advocacy and education in the retirement sector. He is also the Principal Officer of some of South Africa's largest retirement funds, with assets in excess of R70 billion. Guy Opperman is the United Kingdom's longest serving Pensions Minister from 2017-2022, serving in the government of 4 Prime Ministers. Formerly a steeplechase jockey, a barrister, businessman, and the Member of Parliament for Hexham (2010–2024), Guy also held roles in the Home Office, Treasury, and Transport departments. He was responsible for the rollout of Defined Contribution Workplace Pensions to 8% earnings in the United Kingdom and the reform of Defined Benefit. Since leaving politics in 2024, Guy is on a mission to change retirement savings around the world. In 2015, he set up and chaired from scratch the Northumberland Community Bank, a fully regulated savings and loan bank in the North East. As a lawyer, Guy was the UK 2007 Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year winner and named by The Times newspaper as one of their lawyers of the year. He rode his last winner as a jockey in 2019 at Sedgefield. After university, Guy worked on a farm in Tanzania and ran horse riding game safaris north and around Arusha. He is presently a senior adviser to Smart Pensions, a platform and pension provider with clients in the UK, Hong Kong, UAE, Ireland, and elsewhere with billions of pounds under management.Read full biography

He is the Managing Director of Enterprise Trustees Limited, Ghana's leading private pensions administration firm, where he provides strategic leadership in delivering innovative, client-focused retirement solutions. Beyond his executive role, Joseph contributes actively to industry development and thought leadership. He serves as President of the Chamber of Corporate Trustees Ghana and is a Fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative (West Africa), part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. He also serves as a Vice President of the University of Ghana Alumni Council and sits on several boards and professional bodies in non-executive and leadership capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Actuarial Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the University of Johannesburg. Brian is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA), a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA), and a Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA).
